IP address
Every device connected to the Internet is assigned an Internet protocol (IP) address.
SteamID
SteamID is a unique identifier used to identify a Steam account or user's Steam Community profile page.
Personally identifiable information (PII)
Personally identifiable information is information you provide us or information we collect from you that can be used to personally identify you, such as your real name, address, email address, billing information, or other data that can be reasonably linked to other information which may become personally identifiable in case it can be used to personally identify you.
Limitations
Limitations we may apply to your accounts and/or identifiers, such as an in-game ban.
Logs
Our Services may automatically record your activity when you use them, such as in-game messages, and web requests.
Information we collect
We may collect personally identifiable information about the Services you use, how you use them, and other related data. We may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information, which may include but is not limited to your IP address, the type of browser, username, and in-game messages.
- Game server logs, such as chat messages, commands you run, your join and leave messages, which might include your IP address, and other possible data retrieved from the game.
- Discord ticket transcripts.
- Connection between your identifiers, such as one you provide with our link website.
How we use information we collect
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, protect, improve, and develop current and new Services, collect statistics, such as performance measurements, and to protect us and our users. Some information may be visible to everyone, such as public messages, username, profile image, and any already public information, such as Steam statistics per game in case you let Steam share it.
We may use your information for different purposes, such as keeping you logged in, analytics, and tracking your activity to help you diagnose problems, e.g. your inability to use our Services, diagnose problems with our Services, administer our Services, communicate with you in more ways, and address fraud, spam, abuse, security, technical issues, and so forth.

To protect you, ourselves, and others
We, or particular users with certain administrative rights as described below, may need to share your information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce limitations or investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service, this Policy, or any other our policies, such as in-game rules. We may also need to access and share information to investigate and defend ourselves against legal threats or actions.
We have certain users who may hold certain administrative rights. These rights may include access to limited amounts of non-public information and PII. This information will be used to protect you, ourselves, and others, make decisions and take actions when necessary based on it, such as applying a limitation based on your identifiers, which may include but is not limited to your SteamID, IP address, and other related information.
We may disclose your information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent physical harm or death to a person, or to protect ourselves, our users, and related persons or organizations. We may also disclose your information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to detect, prevent, or otherwise assess and address potential spam, malware, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, and ensure any limitations are properly applied.
To third party
We may use third-party service providers or contractors who help us run, improve, develop, etc our Services. We may give access to your information to these providers or contractors as needed to perform their services for us or to use their tools and services.
In case of asset transfer
If we become involved in anything involving transfer of some or all of our assets, your user information, including PII, may be included in the transferred assets.
Because you made it public
Any information you post publicly is simply public. For example, if you put your email address in our public Discord chat, that is public, and not protected by this Policy. Please think carefully about your desired level of anonymity before you disclose anything anywhere.
How we store your data
We maintain servers around the world and your information may be processed on different servers located outside of the country where you live. Regardless of where your information is processed, we apply the same protections described in this Policy.
We may keep some or all of your data for indefinite time as some may be kept for archiving purposes or may not be removed by design, such as logs; We will put appropriate measures in place, such as anonymisation if that is the case.
How long do we keep your data?
Data is stored for the shortest time possible, which takes into account the reasons why we need to process the data, as well as any legal obligations to keep the data for a fixed period of time.
- Game server logs: We store server logs for up to 28 days. Old logs are removed on server restarts.
- Discord ticket transcripts: We keep your previous Discord ticket transcripts for indefinite amount of time to provide you with support based on your previous tickets and make decisions.
- Connection between your identifiers: We may keep them for indefinite amount of time to ensure all limitations are properly applied and you will not be abusing the system.

- Preferences - We may be using cookies to store your state and preferences, such as ones for keeping you logged in on our websites.

The right of access
You have the right to request copies of your information.
The right to rectification
You have the right to request a correction or completion to your information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.

You have the right to request that we restrict processing of your information, as an alternative to erasing it - we will keep the data but stop processing for most purposes. You may want to exercise this right if you feel that the information is inaccurate, that our processing of it is unlawful, or if we have no further need of the data, but you require us to keep it in relation to the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim.
The right to object to processing
You have the right to object to our processing of your information.
The right to data portability
You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
If requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may either charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested; or refuse to act on the request.
If we have reasonable doubts concerning your identity, we may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm your identity.
We will provide information on action taken on a request to the data subject without undue delay within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary and we will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay. If we do not take any action on the request, we will inform you without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action.
Third Parties
We might share your information with third parties and this Policy does not apply to services offered by them, including their content that may be displayed on our Services. We do not control any privacy policies and your privacy settings on their services, including social networks.
